2. Products
All the products specified in these pages are validity and available. Special requirements should be reached mutual agreement before ordering
All the products ordered are produced according to buyers' demand and final mutual agreement reached.
All the products can be retailed and ordered in bulk but retailed order will pay more and shipping charge should be paid at buyer's account
3. Shipping
To the retailed order, we use world known post brand, such as EMS, UPS and DHL or post appointed by buyer, but all the shipping charge should be paid by buyer's account
In bulk, we prefer FOB Shanghai, and bear our responsibility accordingly.
Shipping Time: our products are picked up from factory directly, and we will inform the lead time within two (2) days after PO received.
4. Payment
Only USD and Eur Dollar will be accepted and all charge should be paid off before delivery
5. Claim, Exchange and return
Exchange can only be made under the following situations: wrong products received, defective products when unfolding and other proven that supplier should take responsibility
All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all parts, original tags, and packaging materials within 7 days of purchase. Used items will not be accepted by us and will be shipped back to you at your expense.
All returns are evaluated on site at EroWiT prior to return acceptance.
